Advanced Purchase Rate is available at participating hotels in the U.S., and Canada. Full payment required in advance. Customer's credit card will be charged at time of booking for the room charge and all applicable taxes. Reservations may not be cancelled or modified (i.e. changing arrival date or duration of stay). In the event of cancellation or modification, guest will forfeit total room charge plus taxes for the entire reservation. Once reservation is confirmed, no refunds or credits will be given. Room and rate are not guaranteed until credit card has been charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without notice in the event of fraud or any other activities connected with the reservation, which are unlawful. Room rates do not include additional charges that may be imposed at the hotel, such as telephone, in-room movies, extra person charges, and other optional incidentals. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. The rate displayed does not include local taxes for hotels in the U.S. and most other countries. To qualify for the Double Points or Miles promotion and earn double Wyndham RewardsSM points, airline miles or rail points, the member must (i) register at wyndhamrewards.com/double or at 1-866-WYN-RWDS (1-866-996-7937), (ii) book a reservation for and stay at a hotel participating in the Wyndham Rewards program at a qualifying rate between September 4, 2008 and January 8, 2009, and (iii) complete their hotel stay by February 7, 2009.
