“My nmae is Kim, not Gordon. The day before we checked out...”; Feb 22, 2013 Kim C, Hinton; My nmae is Kim, not Gordon. The day before we checked out, housekeeping did nor clean our room. They put a don not disturb sign on our door, as our sign was still in our room. Not happy about this. Need to ensure that if breakfast is until 10 am that there is breakfast for people until 10 am. Came down at 945 one time and limited food. Some one else's name was also on my Bill. Apparently this could not be removed. This is an issue for my work as far as submitting my receipt. Also a privacy issue.
