“Terrible Beds!!”; Feb 25, 2013 Jeff M, Prince Albert; Hotel is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and well laid out. Unfortunately the bed was so hard it was like lying on a sheet of plywood. I was unable to sleep at all and ended up checking out at 0530 in the morning. On checkout I was informed that if I had called down they could have provided a gel topper for the mattress. This is unacceptable, people expect to be able to sleep in comfort when staying at a hotel, it is the primary reason for stopping overnight. If the hotel is aware that it is a problem, new mattresses should be procured and installed.

Agreed we offer a "firm" mattress and if not for that the remainder of your stay seemed to meet expectation. Bedsets are being replaced periodically and I can assure you the "NEW" mattress standard is alot less firm. Thank you for your comments.Jim Wirun CHAGM « hide
