“Nighmare stay!!!!!”

I stayed the night of the 17TH & 18TH. I reserved a suite with KING SIZE BED. I was given ROOM # 301. after taking our clothes to the room, my wife and I went to dinner at a restaurant in the plaza . Upon returning we noticed a smell in the bathroom, but paid little attention to it. At 2:30 we woke each other up with a foul sewer smell that was cutting our throats. I called down to the front desk to a young man named "CODY" and told him of the problem and requested a new room. We moved from # 301 TO #315.The following morning I requested to see the G.M. for the hotel. He made like it was "NO BIG DEAL" He also had a girl named Joy or something, who was standing by. The G.M.'s name was MOHON GEHLOT.He asked what I want to do, whereby, I said no charge for the room might be a start. He said he would, "NO CHARGE " the first night, but not the second night and that I could move out if I wanted. I said that was impossible as I was already late for a meeting after last nights nightmare and to do whatever, and left for my meeting. My wife went out for brunch across the street, and upon returning, was locked out of the room. She called me on my cell, "with the hotel later placing a $2.74 L.D. phone charge on my bill" asking me to come back to the hotel right away to correct the problem. The problem being MOHAN GEHLOT told Joy to lock out the room until they knew how I was paying for the night of the 18th. Not like they didn't already have my American-Express card # at the time of check-in. I got back to the hotel at 1:45 and told her so, and what a terrible act it was to do so. She said his MOHAN GEHLOT who told her to do it. They unlocked the room for my wife and I after having to drop my agenda and return to the hotel. I also told the I planed on advising Wyndham Corp. of the terrible treatment.Needles to say it was the worst stay of my years of travel!!!!!!!!!
