“Terrible”

The place was so dirty and nothing in the bathroom worked. You could not take a bath the tub would not close. You had to hold up the toilet sit to pee and the room smelled bad.The heater was so loud you could not sleep. We spent as much time away from our room as we could..The elevator was not working well. It had a big sign on it that said only 5 people aloud. Inside it said 16 people. This made us and everyone that got in talk about if it was safe. When we left we had lots of bags so we had to take the elevator. I have a bad leg. We could hear the staff talking about how big a mess one of the rooms was and how the manager was not being fair about who had to clean it. They were talking in spanish how ever the man waiting with us understud them and was telling us what was going on. They were holding the elevator to talk about this. We had to wait way to long for them to give us the elevator. When it finaly got to us only one person got off. They stopped it on the 3rd floor. When we got up to eat the coffee was old and gross the orange juice was broken and they only had 2 rolls out and not much to pick from. They did have fruit. Apples and oranges. We tried to talk with someone how ever they were rude at check out they said just leave your key we are busy she was dealing with someone else that was upset with the smell of the place. We had to go so I ws going to send an e-mail later. We left and went to eat at Village Inn. Not happy with our stay. We will not stay in that hotel again.
