“My room was suppose to be non-smoking as im a cancer...”; Feb 20, 2013 Christin W, Reedville; My room was suppose to be non-smoking as im a cancer survivor. Room 405 was right above where all smoke, the first night the room was not that bad the remaining weekend it got worst every day. The more the heat/ac ran the more it stunk. Friday night when i went to the front desk to ask about it and corp. Rates the man behind the desk if i was for real about the rate after complaining. Then the nice lady jumped in to help but i was not going to move room after just working 14 hours and they did nothing else to help me like move the ashtrays or anything no manager contacted me or anything.
