“I was not that happy because I had to exchange rooms...”; Feb 13, 2013 Aj F, Reynoldsburg; I was not that happy because I had to exchange rooms because the toilet kept running and the floor boards under the bathtub was creaking, plus the manager told me that she paid for my stay total up front but it did not, I was very disappointed. And somedays our room did not get cleaned until late.

Dear Aj F,Thank you for your comments regarding your stay and I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Unfortunately at times maintenance issues do arise and rather than continue to stay in the room affected, we need to move a guest so that the issue may be addressed. Also, our housekeeping department works from very early in the morning until the afternoon hours in order to service all of our guests rooms. We would be happy to request that your room be cleaned earlier if you would like, just please let us know. We always appreciate feedback from our guests so that we may improve your experience and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
