“No sign on main street to hotel”; Mar 06, 2013 Eleanor B, Grand Rapids; The girl who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming. I didn't see her name, but she was pregnant. There is no signage at the the intersection of Hwy. 98 and Palm St. where the hotel is located. They overcharged us on our credit card until I called them on when I looked at my cc statement. Then a couple days later the correct charge was on the statement. I would not stay at this Wingate hotel again. I wouldn't trust them.
