We appreciated the location selection of the 3 rooms we reserved online. There were amenities that had been promised online that were not available for us: the Wifi did not work consistently in my room. The TV channel offerings were not available- even though there was a card by the TV with the channel offerings. There was an HBO paper specifically laid by the bedside, but this was not available either. When I asked about this, I was told that it was a system that the hotel had not yet updated. A laundromat was offered upstairs. After the laundry was deposited with the laundry soap, the quarters were inserted in the pay feature and the coin shelf would not push in. Thankfully, no money was lost. But the management again said that there was no responsibility on his part: this was operated by a different company.The maid was extremely kind: when my son's beer bottles fell from their case and splattered everywhere in the lobby, she did not bat an eye and cleaned it up, with our minimal assistance.A felt casing for the foyer door would have been appreciated: my room was 1st in the hall and I could hear that door slam often.
