“South Florida getaway”; Dec 24, 2012 , Tampa; Check in process took forever....had issues on my confirmation...front desk personel wer nice but not very savvy. Free breakfast was horrible....poor selection of food, tasted terrible..built up a a hot breakfast....keep it and charge less for the stay. Bed was comfortable which was nice. Free HBO was nice too....just thought I paid more than what I received and could have got for less a block or two away from your location.
