“I booked my room at your Wingate property in Scottsdale due...”

I booked my room at your Wingate property in Scottsdale due primarily to its convenient location to our office. I'd rate much of my stay as very good, in terms of the room, check-in experience, dining facility and quality of breakfast. The only regretful part of my stay is I forgot a power cord to my blackberry device in my room. Within hours of checking out, I called to see if the cord had been located. Your person covering the front desk informed me that no one had checked into my former room and called me back to share he had not found my cord after checking the vacant room. I was disappointed to learn that someone from your staff who may have found the cord had not turned it into the Lost and Found at the front desk.
