Thank you for your recent review for your stay at our property.We are sorry that that your neighbors next to you were a bother to you and effected your ability to rest. We take issues brought to our attention seriously, and the person working at the front desk made sure to call the noisy room immediately to let them know about the complaint and to quiet down. We are 100 percent non smoking hotel and DO NOT accept pets of any kind (There IS in fact a sign at the front desk when you come to check it that even states that). We even charge penalty fees to people who do not follow by our policy. We did not get notified about a complaint about any animals seen at our property.Sorry again that your stay was less than satisfactory, and we hope that your next stay may exceed your expectations.Thank you, « hide
