Thank you, for your most recent stay here at the Wingate by Wyndham, we are deeply apologetic that your experience wasn't a great one :-( We would hope that you would, re-consider another visit with the Wingate by Wyndham Tallahassee hotel; we definitely want to make things better. We take billing at the Wingate by Wyndham very serious and hope to do it in an efficient manner. Although; we do request an additonal card for incidential purposes and the hold will depend on how long the visit, your personal information should be safe and without error.
