Thank you, for your feedback, we appreciate all guest feedback so that we can focus on: putting into place strategies and then/taking action according to the guest needs. I deeply want to apologize for any inconvenience that the hotel has caused you and your family while here a the Wingate by Wyndham Tallahasee; are first initial respond is to make sure that our guest is safe and well taken care of and it doesn't seem like we did a very good job. There is no way our guest should have to stay in an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for any amount of time; that is unexceptable. We are pleased that you were comfortable and well rested :-) The Wingate by Wyndham Tallahassee, offers a very comfortable setting from our king or two queen beds to the relaxing at our outdoor pool with private brick setting; it is the best! Thank you, for responding to Trip Advisor regarding your recent stay here at the Wingate by Wyndham Tallahassee; I deeply apologize that it didn't start off very well ;-( I couldn't imagine ever going into a hotel room and experiencing what you have experienced. Our Executive housekeeper has been notified of the concerns that you have, a full investigation is in progress and we will definitely get to the root of the situation. Responding to all guest concerns should be immediate and satisfied at the time of attention, not sure why it wasn't responded too in the appropriate manner; but I assure you that it will not happen again.This is still a great property, and we take every effort in making this property a great one. Our maintanence staff is working hard to make sure every guest is safe, codes are up to standards and all guest rooms are to guest standards. Thank you, for your most recent stay here at the Wingate by Wyndham, we are deeply apologetic that your experience wasn't a great one :-( We would hope that you would, re-consider another visit with the Wingate by Wyndham Tallahassee hotel; we definitely want to make things better. We take billing at the Wingate by Wyndham very serious and hope to do it in an efficient manner. Although; we do request an additonal card for incidential purposes and the hold will depend on how long the visit, your personal information should be safe and without error.
