“Family Trip”

The outside and lobby of the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. My and I rented two rooms and both showers had severe mold problems. Both rooms had limited toilet paper and tissues and we had to request more from the front desk. Please note, we had to wait hours before the bathroom supplies were sent to our rooms.The second floor of the hotel and workout room were dusty and require spring cleaning. In addition, the workout equipment needs upgrading. During our stay, the hotel's fire alarm went off due to a faulty waffle maker. The majority of the guest exited the hotel however, staff advised the guest that everything was fine and to return to their rooms. Upon returning to their rooms, several guest had to have their room cards activated again. The hotel staff apoligzed to guest however, they said "at least the firm alarm works." Really? Wow...
