“Terrible stay - Wyndham could care less!!”

In the past I had a nice stay here, but not this time. I was traveling with a baby & my first room had a broken A/C unit. I was moved to another room but was offered no assistance in doing so even after explaining I had a small baby. My second room seemed better at first until I spotted a live roach in my bathtub and a bunch of tiny bugs all around the sink. I awoke each morning with several "mosquito looking" bites on me and they multiplied & got worse each day. I was moved again to another room, which was nice & had no issues but it was the last 2 days of my stay. I felt horribly inconvenienced & my stay was anything but relaxing. I contacted Wyndham who guaranteed me that they would resolve my issue by 6/16. The hotel manager did try to call me but when I called him back & went to the front desk, he did wasn't available & did not return my call. After returning home I e-mailed him a detailed summary of my stay & I have yet to receive any response from that. I was not compensated in any way for any of my multiple problems. I'm insulted that my business means nothing to this company. I come to this area a minimum of 4 times per year yet they could care less about retaining me as a customer. That speaks volumes to me!!
