“Wyndam is no longer a Top Hotel”

The evening front desk service being so nice was the only reason we stayed. We checked and went to our room and there was not enough towels. I went to the front desk for more towels and there was none. We then went to the whirlpool and there were no towels and went to the front desk again and there was no towels for pool either. The whirpool was not working and neither was the sauna and went to the front desk again and let them know it was not working and that I had called when I made the reservation and asked about the whirlpool and they had told me it was working. The night clerk then tried to get it working and she called the manager to see if there was something she could do to get it working and he could not. The next morning which was Sunday we spoke to the manager about the whirlpool not working and he shrugged his shoulders and said, oh well it was working friday. There was no concern or care by management in any complaints we had as it was expected from us as it was supposedly supposed to be a five star hotel. We shall follow up with our experience to the 800 Wyndam number and the AARP as this was the second Wyndam we have stayed at in the past couple of months with the same or similar horrible experience.
