“Dirty room, apathetic staff”

This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. The breakfast area was so bad I actually took pictures that I'd be happy to forward. We got to the dining area for breakfast at 8:30 and there was no food, every table was a mess and trash was strewn over the counters and onto the floors around the trash can. There were 3 staff people but they were more interested in talking in the lobby area. We ended up having to go out for breakfast. There were homeless people bumming money in the parking lot at night when we came back from dinner and I felt frightened to not give them some money. The tv remote didn't work so we had to manually change channels. This hotel was way over priced for the condition it was in. With the extra cost of breakfast along with the money for the bum, we could have stayed at a really nice hotel. When we arrived a customer with a broken leg and two injured arms got a room. No hotel staff offered to help him. We had to help him take his luggage to his room while the hotel employee was busy texting or messing with her cell phone. My advice to anyone would be to go some place else to stay while in Mobil.
