“Details that make the difference”

Many things can cause dissatisfaction during a stay can be resolved, but if there is a lack of courtesy and genuine interest in solving some detail, then everything becomes more difficult. I think my biggest disappointment was the coldness of the reception and lack of sympathy in attendance. Definitely in the cold reception was higher than outside the building. The employees need to understand that professionalism is to distinguish and understand the needs of customers, otherwise we could be satisfied by a computer terminal.I think two things worth mentioning:1 - I asked for a Dominos pizza to be delivered and the front desk man said it was hotel policy not to let strangers come up. I understand the policy of the hotel, but say that there was no one to hand deliver the pizza to my room I do not agree, I was ready to sleep and had to change clothes, get down and pay the pizza in front of other guests. An absurd!2 - I was in room 1406, every room carpet needs to be ventilated and the air was very heavy. External blinds were very very dirty and stained, certainly never been washed.
