“I won't stay there again...”; Feb 12, 2013 Pam R, West Point; The room was dirty. I thought the tile in the bathroom had been damaged until I rubbed a towel over it and saw it was filth. There was a bad odor in the bathroom so I'm glad I brought air freshner. Some of the lamps were broken and/or not working and after finding how dirty the bathroom was I was paranoid about other parts of the room. I was told one thing by one staff person and another by another staff person. I had to have my keys coded twice because they simply quit working and left me out in the rain. I had to walk around the building in the rain to get in. I had to ask housekeeping to empty my trash because it had food in it and the cleaning lady did not empty it. When I asked her if she worked for housekeeping she said "What do you want?" Not a serving attitude. They also left the pillows and covering off my bed when they cleaned. It was an overall bad experience. I had stayed here before and it was not pleasant. I gave them a second chance, but there won't be a third.
