“It is obvious the ownership has changed”; Nov 28, 2012 Mike D, Franklin; We Asked For a 4 AM Wakeup Call And Got A 3AM Wakeup Call Instead For Two Consecutive Days.. The Key Card Entry To The Room Did Not Work Properly. The Food And Coffee At The Breakfast Bar Were Luke Warm, Every Morning.the Room Was Not As Clean As Years Past. Left A Written Note AND Money For The Maid To Leave Extra Towels--She Took The Money And DID NOT LEAVE The Towels..The Trim Ring On The Door To The Bath Was Falling Off.
