“Poor Customer Service”; Nov 12, 2012 Katharine M, Metuchen; We chose this hotel because it accepted pets. We were traveling with our dog and needed a place to stay on our trip back from Florida. Around 5:15, the travel folio was placed under our door - something that our dog heard. He barked for a couple of minutes. The front desk called and started yelling at me and stated that if our dog did not stop barking we would be kicked out of the hotel. I was amazed at the poor customer service. Upon check-out, I reported this behavior to the front desk attendant (a different person). I was given a $10 credit and told that the behavior would be reported to the general manager. I hope that it was.
