“Will not be back”; Jan 13, 2013 Thomas E, Lake Wales; Would not let me use my coupon and didn't get the king bed I ask for . Front desk manger really didn't care rather we stay or not . We have been a customer there for a few years and always enjoyed our stay ,but and have never paid what we were charged . Thursday night ,AARP and senior citizen.
