“No internet for 3 days”

I checked in on Friday afternoon, got unpacked, fired up my laptop... no internet. Called the front desk. They were aware of the issue and said they were working on getting a technician to come fix it. It would've been *really* nice if they'd mentioned they didn't have internet before I'd paid for my room. Sigh. There was no internet on Saturday, so I called the front desk a couple of times throughout the day - they were always still trying to get a technician to come fix it. There was still no internet when I checked out on Sunday. The front desk refunded part of my bill when I mentioned the outage at check-out. From their reaction it sounded like a lot of people had been asking about it. They mentioned that they were switching providers in the next couple of weeks, so hopefully this won't be a problem again. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, new and pretty clean. Breakfast was fairly basic - DIY waffles, bacon or sausage, fake eggs, bagels/muffins/danishes, cereal, milk/juice. Pool looked clean. The TV resolution wasn't HD, but the TV had an HDMI input. The room had a fridge and microwave, which is always a plus. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. I would stay there again.
