“Felt good with a few problems”

When I arrived, the room felt good when I entered. As I was unpacking and setting up for my stay, I was looking for a plug in by the bed for my cell phone. I noticed a black plastic fork along the wall by the tall lamp in the corner and then I noticed some trash behind the night stand, no big deal. I picked it up and put it in the trash. My problem was the caulking around the tub and the beverage glasses. There was one piece of caulking about 30" long that was coming off. I asked the front desk to have it fixed, they said they would leave message for maintenance. It was never fixed during my stay. I like using real glasses and I noticed that my beverage glasses were not cleaned very well after my usage. The glasses in the room are one of the reasons I stay here. They had figure prints and visible residue left on them. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and she personally cleaned them because she could not fine where housekeeping kept the spare glasses. Lastly, I would have like a bigger TV for the King room. Thanks. I do like staying at your hotel.
