“Excellent Service and interaction”

- Contacted the Hotel and talked with Barry 2 days before I was to arrive. Not only needed a room but also space to conduct a 2 different training sessions (evening & morning) with space for 20 people. Barry was able to accomodate all three requests even though the second training session was a time when all other conference/meeting rooms were booked up. Modifications were made to the breakfast area which turned out perfect. I ran out of a couple forms during the training and asked if he could make copies. He made the copies himself and didn't skip a beat. He is definitely a professional and a significant asset to the whole operation. The room was also perfect. It was totally awesome. Best experience I have had on such short notice. Thank you sincerely!
