- I love this hotel and especially, the location! I did some Christmas shopping at Sam's and then drove less than a minute away for dinner! The only issue was no hot water the evening I was there. I called the front desk but the phone did not work so I went downstairs to speak with a manager. She told me I would have to turn the sink hot water on as well as the tub hot water in order to get hot water! CRAZY! Just call a plumber! I did have hot water in the a.m. for my shower, thank goodness!
