“Front desk staff not helpful or friendly”

After long travel day arrived late evening and then found our room did not have pull out couch as described when booking. Front desk said it was not there problem and I could call Wyndom. I did call and even though customer service was gone for the night the person I spoke with called the hotel and asked to have us moved to a room with a pullout couch. Which they reluctantly did. However I felt like it was such a bother to the front desk staff and that we had walked into the first room was also bothersome. This was the worst customer service I've received at a hotel by the front desk in a long time. In addition the front desk person shut down the pool at least an hour before what the posted signs stated.
