“room not cleaned 1-27-13”

- We have always had great experiences at your hotle on ALbany GA, however, when we weturned to our room on 1-27 at 8pm, it was not cleaned. I went to the front desk and was offered new towels. The lady at the front desk said I would have to wait for the supervisor the next morning. We were gven a dscount for 1-27-13, however, no explaination was given. Our last stay was over Christmas and on Christmas our room was not cleaned . We were notified before that only towels would be provided, however, no adjustment was made to our rate.
