“Looks to Be Poorly Managed”; Nov 13, 2012 Robert S, The Woodlands; 1. Very dirty floor in elevator. "Caution, wet floor" sign left in elevator.2. Popcorn on the floor in the room.3. Hair drier fell off the wall in the bathroom.4. Coffee service in room not serviced, empty coffee bag in with the rest.5. Ironing board hanger hook hanging by one screw in closet.6. Drapery hooks not attached to the rod, Drapes hanging loose.7. Hallway not vacuumed.I have pictures to back up my complaints.
