- I always stay at the red roof inn in west monroe at the other end of thomas rd but i waited last minute and they were booked so my son who lives in Dallas where I live suggested your hotel because we lived all of our lives in monroe until 3 years ago.....anyway you guys were booked except for one suite on the first floor set up with a handicap bathroom and I felt they should have given me a discount because I had to take the expensive room all hotels booked but nothing offerred and that was alot more money than I was willing to spend other than that loved it and would stay there again cause 2 wrongs don't make a right and I want to do the right thing even though I wasn't given the kindness of a little discount thanks Mavis Richmond
