“Encountered several problems.The TV image was full of...”

Encountered several problems.The TV image was full of snow and too lousy to watch.Moving the TV improved image. Propped a waste paper basket to holdthe TV at an angle so that the image would be OK. Probably a bad cable connection.They fixed the TV the next day.The toilet plugged up. The staff quickly brought a plunger. I was then ableto clear the problem.Tried using the computer in the lobby to get weather info for the next dayand TV programming for the evening. The computer connection was terrible. After 20 minutes of trying different things, I gave up. :(Paid for Sat & Sun nights. The staff some how thought that I had left my luggage behind Sunday morning. So they packed up my things to clean the room forthe next guests. Later they realized their mistake, and put my things backin the room before I returned from a long day of skiing. Nothing wasmissing. It was just a little strange to find my things repacked.The staff told me about their mistake. No harm was done.The place was clean and the room was fine except for the issues that Ihave described. The staff always tried to be helpful, and except for thecomputer they were able to fix problems.Every once in a while, one should expect to hit a problem.This seemed to me to be more problems than one should expect.Hopefully, next time will nice and without any surprised.So I may visit again. Even the best motels will occasionally have a problem,but the problems should not happen over and over again.
