“Making Reservations and Breakfast”

Breakfast each morning was great. One worker at breakfast was very courteous and helpful. Reserving my room was unpleasant. I had checked hotels online before leaving home to find rates, but I didn't reserve it online because I wasn't sure of my arrival date.While on the road, I found out my definite arrival date and called the hotel directly to reserve and was given a higher rate. When I said I didn't want to reserve because I saw a lower rate online, she gave me another rate that was the same as online. I reserved, but was told I had to talk with someone about an offer. That talk with him was VERY unpleasant. He was rude by not letting me get a word in at times. We're on the road driving in heavy traffic, and I'm trying to help my husband with the driving directions and talk to this representative at the same time. We almost wrecked. I plan to cancel that offer.
