“Suggestions”

My husband and I found that staff very good, patient and informative. The problem I we had on several levels is the people who did not do their job correctly and then the front desk staff were stuck cleaning up their mistakes. #1. We were going to the casino nearby and bought the :"package stay" which included 2 $20 coupon vouchers for free slot play. When we arrived at the casino we were told they had expired, so in a very crowded casino we were moved aside while the casino staff had to call the hotel, seems someone dropped the ball and gave the front desk staff the wrong coupons which were already in envelopes.... need to proof read people.... then no one told me when I called and booked the hotel directly that your shuttle service to the casino doesn't start until 5pm? Why? Our dinner reservation for the Sensory 3 restaurant was at 5pm so we had to drive over there.... not happy about that at all. The breakfast is in a main dining area with a small ill stocked breakfast food area - not the fault of the staff, fault of the restaurant chain management orders. So, while the rooms were nice, the quiet after 10pm was a joke because therre was a drunk man outside our door nextdoor who talked to someone for a 1/2 hr. at 1:30pm
