“Great staff poor hotel”

Only hotel in Sylvania area so there is no choice.Rooms are too dark. We had a suite and there was only one closet with limited hanging space. No thermostat in suite bedroom so that when door was closed, there was no control of the temperature. Kitchen has no utensiles, athough there is a microwave with no glasses or plates to use it.Very minimal breakfast which did not change.Television was patially out with lines moving up the screen for 4 days due to inability to get cable provider to correct it over Xmas week? ( I would never have tolerated that at home and don't get that they tolerated it for the whole hotel!!!Staff was great and did the best they could do mitigate any issues, but not much they could do with the basic structure of the hote.
