“nice folks BUT dirty property outside of the main lobby, especially elevators and carpets”

ancient + filthy , Staff outside front door smoking with butt filled pot needing cleaning a large garbage bag of trash leaning against. it. on my arrival. it did not move for another day. plaster missing around sprinkler heads in my room. Mold under the soap dishes in tub / shower . mattress long overdue replacement the foam top did not disguise . Lock box did not work... 9 REPLACEMENTS ON ORDER FOR MANY ROOMS/ FURNISHINGS a single queen bed.. no mini sofa. one loan lounge chair and ottoman and a side chair in the space of another bed.// weird.. i grew designing interiors of less expensive hotels - Quality INNS, Holiday Inns, and moved up to Sheratons and then the 4 Seasons!!!.. This hotel is special in an unhappy way. Staff was nice after recovering why i asked them to move the trash and butts from one foot of front door!! MAKE LOCK BOX IN ROOM WORK, RESET CLOCK.. RELOAD ORANGE JUICE,. CLEAN TABLES AND SET THEN THE WAY THEY WERE DESIGNED TWO TOPS TO SUPPORT THE SPACE OF TWO TRAYS,.. THEY TURNED THEM BACK SO THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO BE COMFORTABLE. During the 5 Night stay ,one side door entrance was never locked - answer " waiting for a part," I think NOT!! not secure area. Beside clock /radio alarm not reset to current .time. took them 3 days,, I could not make it work . Very limited cable channels? Elevator filthy and one smelled hORrible with the turn on of the heat> Staff was nice, but clean is important. PS :i left some towels for reuse but they replaced all, !! t hat is not working the GREEN THING! WHY IS IT EASIER?? COSTS YOU AND ME MONEY!! And window unit groans like it is dying.. no sleep with that, bad news bears
