“Poorly trained staff, poor website”

I travel weekly for work, so I stay in hotels aproximately 150-160 nights per year. I don't expect a luxury resort for $89 a night. What I want is a clean, comfortable, safe environment with efficient service. I asked at check in for my folio to be emailed to me upon check out as it's necessary that I submit some form of electronic receipt with my expenses. This is NORMAL for any business travel. When I requested this, the front clerk looked at me like I was from another planet. In a matter of words she said that this was a brand new hotel, and they weren't fully operational on the equipment. What? That's absurd. At check out, I asked again if my folio could be emailed to me. This time another clerk said, certainly he could do that. "Should I send it to the email on file?" I said yes, and he confirmed the address with me. I still have not received the folio. I went online to retrieve it, however, there is not link that I could locate to request past stay folios. This should not be that complicated or troublesome.If a hotel chain can email me to ask me how my stay was, then the same chain can email me my folio.
