“Hotel in OKC”

we were taking a honeymoon and stayed at this hotel. We arrived at hotel and the staff was not friendly. They were two young girls. They were on their cell phones texting. We got to our room after check in and went to restroom. The toilet wouldn't flush. We went to the front counter to let them know and see if they had a plunger and they said no they didn't. We said can they call maintenance? they said maintenance wasn't in till tomorrow at 3:00 pm. They gave us another room. This room had an issue with the air conditioner making a loud noise and there was no remote control for the TV. We asked again calling the front desk for a remote control since we knew maintenance wasn't in and couldn't fix the AC. They told us that they didn't have any remote controls at the front desk. This made my husband mad. We went swimming and found there weren't any towels in the pool. We got two towels from our room and after we finished swimming we went to the front desk to get two clean towels for our showers in the room. The girls at the counter were texting and the one who got our towels had a really bad attitude with us. We went back to room and slept some of the night although the AC was making a loud noise all night. We got up to take showers and immediately had really bad sinus problems when we got out of the shower. We thought we were getting allergies but as soon as we left the hotel for the day we didn't have any more allergy problems. We got them again when we got back to our room in the evening. There must be mold in the bathroom and the shower activated it. Overall this was the worst experience I personally ever had at a hotel. I stay in hotels more than 2 times a month with my job and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We also watched other customers while we checked out have similar complaints as we did.
