“Perfect except”

- We have stayed here before and everything was as great as the first time. However, asking for a reservation at a Wingate Hotel in Valdosta, GA for the following nite wound us up at probably the oldest Super 8 in the USA. We cancelled of course and went to a Holiday Inn...but how did the reservationist not understand that I asked for another Wingate?
