Good morning Michael,Thank you for sharing your experience here on TripAdvisor! We were very glad you came and stayed and feel bad that you didn't quite fully enjoy the trip. Sometimes, even the smallest of issues make the biggest difference in our experiences. In your case, the coffee was horrible - I'm a huge coffee drinker and I can't stand to wake up and have a cup of Joe that doesn't taste right. It just starts the day off wrong! Our coffee though, is always made fresh for morning and evening - I wonder what time of day you had tried it? In either case, I reviewed it with staff to make sure they're properly cleaning the pots and using the tools to make our coffee the way it should be. In terms of the water, yes, your room was not alone - the City of Tupelo had just changed out our water meters and expressed we might see some sediment over time - but it was limited to only shower/bath water lines - not faucet. By the time of this writing, I would imagine the lines have all cleared out. But, to be preventative, we'll be running water through the rooms to ensure it and if not, we'll be calling the city back to make the improvements.
