“complete FAIL for a business traveler”

Arrived to be told that I had not booked what I had booked. Pulled out my reservation, but they did not have the room I booked. Accepted the room available. Got to room, tv did not work. Someone came to check, could not fix, told us they would contact us with how they would handle the issue. Went to dinner, came back, no call, no fixed tv....a couple of chip bags, M&Ms and water bottles with a note saying the manager would call us and handle the issue the next day. Returned to room after trade show the next evening...room had not been serviced. 4 day stay, tv off and on until 4th night when Kim (the only helpful person) moved us to another room. General Manager NEVER contacted or spoke to us. BEWARE of room 211.....faucet shifts on the counter when you turn the water on or off. Sconce beside bed is loose on the wall. The bed is less than six inches from the ac unit. And..... the general manager is incapable of making a phone call to an inconvenienced guest.
