“Water, water, everywhere!!”

Everything was OK until I got up around midnight to use the bathroom. Opened the door, stepped in and lo and behold, the floor was covered in water. Turned on light and water was cascading the light fixture on ceiling, thru shower ceiling and down the walls. Called office. Response was immediate. She called head of housekeeping, who called someone else. They all did indicated they were sorry for the prolems we were having. Was told they would return. Sat up till 2AM, no one returned but I could see from the parking lot Checked out at 6:30 AM. Asked for a printed receipt and told her about the water in the room. She printed the recfeipt without even an "I'm sorry. A very unpleasant experience. My wife refused to use the bathroom due to its condition, which no one ever came back to clean up. I mopped the water off the floors and fixtures as best I could with the towels in the bathroom.
