“Enjoyed my stay at Windgate, St Charles”; Dec 04, 2012 Edward P, Guaynabo; Very clean, good free breakfast. Deducted 2 points from sleep quality due to mediocre sound insulation between rooms and rubbery pillows. Anyway, it is an excellent value and would definitely stay again at this location.
