Thank you for the feedback. It looks like you had an enjoyable stay overall. However, I do see there were a few missteps along with the way. While I am glad they didn't ruin your stay, I do regret that they happened. I will do my best to determine your room number to check the box springs and air conditioning vents. I also understand that it can get very warm and muggy in the waterpark, especially when you are fully clothed and watching. However, we have seen that the number one complaint of indoor waterparks is that the water is too cold. We want to make sure that doesn't happen here, so we keep the water a couple of degrees warmer than typical to ensure a comfortable sliding experience. Of course, we also have the keep the air a bit warmer because it doesn't do the kids any good to stay warm in the pool but have teeth chattering when they get out. :) Also, I want to make sure you know about our shuttle. Although we are less than one mile away from Reserve Street (with three very convenient through street options to get there within one block of us) and just off the Interstate which offers downtown access in less than 8 minutes, we understand that some people have the perception we are far out of town. We do offer complimentary shuttle service to the North Reserve Street area so that you can shop, dine, and enjoy Missoula without even getting into your car!
