“Good but had issues at check in!”

Company made reservation and paid with the company card days before my arrival. When I arrived the front desk clerk informed me that my room had not been paid for however I knew that to not be the case. She then stated that we were supposed to have some type of credit card authorization form on file indicating that it was okay for me to stay in the room. Now I have to say that the room was paid for by our comapny card, i was wearing company uniform, the room was listed with my name and Wyndham rewards number and I was an exhibitor at a conference being held on the hotel property! I was very tired after a long drive and a long day which is why this was really a pain in the rear!! I explained to the clerk that this was the one and only hotel that I have stayed at where I had a hard time getting checked in due to my company setting up the reservation!
