“Wow is all I can say.”

- We had to go to this hotel because our Mom was in Kearney hospital. We did get a discount for the room however, it really wasn't worth what we paid for it. The room smelled like pee. YUCK! Second the phone did not work in the room so I could not call the front desk without using my personal cell phone. Third, the shower didn't work for me and the staff had no clue how to work the shower. I did not get to shower but my brother figured the shower out and he got a shower. I didn't have time. The personnel should have known how to work a shower and be able to communicate to the customer! The free breakfast was EXCELLENT! The bed was EXCELLENT!
