“In town for parents' 50th wedding anniversary/ X-Mas -family”

Just a few complaints... We were basically sleeping at hotel and having breakfast. Arrived 11pm+ nightly and left by 10am daily. Great breakfast and nice breakfast staff. Always took away food by 9am SHARP even on Christmas Day. Got to know their strict "be done" schedule... they would apologize of course if we looked sad... they asked with a smile if we needed anything. Cleaning ladies were in elevator riding up and down laughing/speaking in Spanish language, then explaining that they were "just keeping busy, ha ha". Tried to laugh with them but remembered they didn't clean our room at all the day before... we ALWAYS turned our "Do Not Disturb" card around by 10am when we left. Had to ask front desk staff for more towels that night and blankets for cold (heater problem see below complaint). Our teenage daughter was late one day getting out in morning, she let cleaning people in, but they only replaced towels and left a lot of toiletries (gifts?). There must be more to the cleaning! ~Polite and friendly but not good...Need to train staff and hold accountable ~ they seem to be happy being there but need to be WORKING, too.
