“Repairs to hot tub”; Jan 10, 2013 Terry B, Concord; They were making some type of repair to the hot tub room that required using a chemical. Maybe it was paint or a sealer but the smell was overwhelming. The caustic base of this chemical was also very irritating. Fortunately I was on the fourth floor.

We are terribly sorry that you were affected by the improvements neccessary for the hot tub. We tried to choose a time period where we had the least amount of people in the hotel as our hotel is never completely empty. Unfortunately it was a necessary improvement to the hotel to continue being able to offer the only 24 hour whirlpool spa in Garner. We are constantly try to provide the best service and lodging that you expect and I'm sorry that we were unable to so this time around. We hope you will try us again in the future to show you why we are the number one hotel in Garner. « hide
