“Out of luck”

Well after trying to use reward points I arrived at your hotel after traveling all day ,my son racing at concord speedway and checking in at 10:45 at night was told the same thing as last time I tried to use reward points at your hotel that I did not have a reservation but they had a room I could purchase , while the desk host was only half as frustrated as I was she decided to help everybody behind me in line before me , so what good is it to be a so called rewards member if you are treated worse than someone of of the street .this is not the first time this has happened ,I was told it could be taken care of the next day after the reward department opened up, but the next morning was told nothing could be done and I could use the points next time I stay , honestly your corporate department , rewards dept. and hotels need to get on the same page , not the way you want to be treated after traveling all day .
