Wingate by Wyndham Concord

I must apologize for the service that you received during your most recent stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Concord. It is the focus of management and of the entire staff to make sure each and every guest enjoys their stay at my property. If a guest does not have a great experience than it is my policy to do whatever needs to be done to ensure that guest is satisfied. I have reviewed with the Breakfast attendant the proper way to ask a guest about their stay and if they had been a guest in the hotel. I am sorry if she offended you in anyway. The condition of the bathrooms I am surprised to hear that they were not clean or attended to. During the week there is a full time attendant from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the weekends. I asked the young man who is responsible for that area and he assured me that he checked both restrooms and that they were clean and properly stocked. I used this as an opportunity to review the cleaning schedule with him and to make sure he understood how important it is to check the bathroom area more often especially if the hotel is hosting meetings. The chairs that are you mentioned were reupholstered in July of 2012. We had them protected with Scotch Guard so they would be easy to clean. I did notice that a couple of the chairs had small stains on them and had them cleaned. The Food and Beverage department is very aware of the condition of the table linens, an order was placed last week to replace all linen. The stain on the carpet was a result of an event that was held in that room the night before, I apologize that it was not cleaned before your event. The pantry/kitchen area is located directly across from the doorway into the meeting room. Continental Breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m., at that time the Breakfast host will place the large grey cart you mentioned in front of the pantry door and place the garbage that is removed from the dining area into that cart and will take it out to the dumpster. I constantly check and remind the Breakfast Host to make sure that the cart is pushed as close as possible to the pantry door so it does not get into the way of guests walking by or entering or leaving the meeting room. I was surprised to hear that the front desk was not able to assist you with printing out your boarding pass. The printer in the business center was serviced and fixed two weeks ago and since then I have not had any problems printing from either of the two computers in the business center. Several weeks ago it was not printing and that is why we had to call in a service technician to make sure it was fixed for our guests. The Guest Service Representatives at the Front Desk should have been able to print your boarding passes from the Front Desk computers. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience that this had caused you and the guests that attended your event. To make sure that our guests enjoy their stay and are satisfied with their experience at my property there is a Manager on Duty from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. seven days a week. I sat down with the manager that was scheduled that day and he stated nothing was brought to his attention from either the staff or any of our guests staying with us. The Director of Sales for the Wingate by Wyndham is also reaching out to all customers that had coordinated meetings the past two weeks at the hotel to get feedback from their experience with the meeting room space and ask them what we could have done to make their experience better. I hope you will give us another chance to prove to you how much your business means to Wingate by Wyndham Concord Mills and whatever I can do to make you a loyal Wingate customer. « hide

Wingate by Wyndham Concord Mills is conveniently located less than a mile from Concord Mills Outlet Mall, two miles from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, and within walking distance of over 50 restaurants.. Feedback from our guests is crucial to ensuring that we are providing our guests the ultimate experience from a clean comfortable room to good customer service from the staff. The Wingate by Wyndham Concord Mills has recently completed a full renovation of all the guest rooms and the replacement of the carpeting in all the hallways throughout the property.This has been a long process over the past year but has truly paid off through compliments like yours. I am glad you enjoyed your stay at the Wingate by Wyndham Concord Mills. It is an excellent location since it is less than two miles from the Charlotte Motor Speedway and close to the Concord Mills Mall. I truly apologize that you had to wait to check-in. It is our policy that over three minutes is excessive. There are times when the Guest Service Representative is pulled from the desk to attend to the needs of guests in the hotel.
